Terms & Conditions
NexusPoynt Deploy control panel
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the NexusPoynt Deploy control panel. This control panel is intended for authorised administrators only and is used to manage client portal deployments.
1. Authorised use only
Access to this system is restricted to approved administrators. You must not attempt to access, copy, alter, deploy, remove, or interfere with any part of the system unless you are authorised to do so.
2. Administrator responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for keeping login details secure, using strong passwords, logging out after use, and ensuring that deployment details are entered accurately.
You must not share access credentials with unauthorised users or use this system from an unsafe or shared device.
3. Deployment actions
The deployment system may copy template files, generate configuration files, import database schema files, and create initial portal administrators for deployed client portals.
Before running a deployment, you are responsible for checking that the target path, database name, database user, public URL, subdomain, and initial administrator details are correct.
4. No unauthorised testing or misuse
You must not use this system to deploy unauthorised portals, attempt to access another user's data, upload malicious files, run automated attacks, bypass security controls, or disrupt the hosting environment.
5. Data accuracy
The system relies on the information entered during deployment. Incorrect details may cause failed deployments, broken client portals, incorrect database connections, or loss of functionality.
6. Availability
The control panel is provided for operational use, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Hosting maintenance, configuration issues, software updates, or security controls may affect availability.
7. Security
Security measures may include noindex rules, access controls, password hashing, session protection, login protections, logging, and other safeguards. Administrators must report suspected unauthorised access or unusual activity as soon as possible.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the deployment system develops. Continued use of the control panel after updates means the updated terms apply.
9. Contact
For questions about these terms or administrative access, contact the NexusPoynt system owner or authorised project administrator.
